Between Monday-Friday, there’s no such thing as a sleep in for me.. My working day typically starts at 6.30am which unfortunately means that there’s also no such thing as having the time to enjoy a semi-gourmet breakfast before heading to work.
Therefore, to eliminate the stress of staring into the fridge at 5.30am each morning and thinking ‘I don’t know what to take to work’, my Sunday afternoons are typically spent in the kitchen preparing for the next working week!
With the help of taste.com.au, Facebook TASTY, Pinterest and the monthly Coles magazine, you’re guaranteed to find a recipe SO delicious that you’ll be excited for lunch every day of the week. As much as it is enjoyable to cypher through thousands of delicious-sounding recipes that take close to 2 years to make, you can refine your search to suit your gluten free or meat & carb overload requirements.
Being the type of person to gladly go through 50 pages of recipes and try almost everything I love the sound & look of, here are a few of my favourites that I highly recommend you to try that are suited to a typical office gals working week
