One Girls Trash Is Another’s Treasure

OP SHOPS
If there’s one way to make my day, it would have to be finding a sweet sweet find in a second hand store. Wether it’s a lamp shade, a pair of boots or a 30 year old pair of perfect fit jeans. Honestly though, whats better then a $3 buy that no one else has? Over years and years of rummaging away in different towns, the gold mines always seems to be the dingiest of places. The rougher the town, the better! So jump in the car and get thriftin’

Nambour, Howard Street (Have a walk around town to find more)

Maroochydore, Aerodrome Road
West End, Hardgrave Road
Clayfield, Junction Road

VINTAGE STORES
When it comes to vintage stores, your price tag isn’t going to come as cheap as you’d hope, but you’ll still get that delightful sensation of being the only owner! Another plus is they do all the digging for you so your bound to hit the jackpot!

SWOP, West End (Seriously good stuff)
Miss Brown Vintage, Byron Bay and Burleigh heads
Endeavour, Paddington
RaRa Superstar, Paddington
Can You Keep A Secret, Woolloongabba
Antique Centre, Woolloongabba

Overall, vintage/op shopping is a wonderful way to catch up with a friend and a cheap way to ’treat yo self’ on a tight budget! You’ll be pleasantly surprised what a bit of rummaging can achieve!
