A broken heart can often lead into a generally unhealthy lifestyle, physically and mentally. Coming from exactly this myself, I resulted in running myself into the ground with excessive drinking, over use of social media and an extremely poor diet, which eventually lead into feeling generally unhappy. After testing my partying limits and rolling into work every Monday morning asking myself “why me?” I decided to detox myself inside and out! Deleting anything toxic in my life, I started focusing on a positive headspace and lifestyle… I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
